addedNEW ENEMIESAdded 1 new enemy per color. The new enemies are now part of the normal roster. There are now 4 enemies per color. Their cards are slightly off color pattern, using tactics from other colors.
addedENEMY MOVEMENT PREVIEWNow enemies indicate where exactly they will move on their turn in relation to the player position. Additionally, when a player has to select a new space to move, the enemy preview adjust live to help make an informed decision. Now it is easier to trick enemies into terrain!
addedHieronymus boss reworkHieronymus has been tweaked to fit more his theme, and provide a more fair fight. The ANATHEMA cards he adds to the player deck is regulated and he always give the player enough time to manage them before retaliating.

Stagger 4 -> 3 - Rewind: Damage 10 -> 8 - Shimmer: Armor 10 - 6 - The Eye Guides: Arcane scaling 1. -> 0.5 - Conflagrate: Now enhances after you play it and not only if it hits. - A.W. Boomstick: Damage 15 x 2 -> 18 x 2. - Reload!: Now puts the Boomstick in your draw pile (was discard pile) an also draws a card. - Glorious light: was range 2 deal 9 arcane dmg. Now is: Range 3: Deal 5 arcane dmg. Range 2: Deal 5 arcane dmg. - Incinerate: Ignite 5 -> 7. No longer enhances on hit. fixedBloodlustBloodlust primordial buff: No longer heals them for 20% of their max HP Now it only heals 5% of max hp, but also gives them ARMOR equal to 20% of their max hp. bloodlust now triggers AFTER a card is fully resolved, no longer escaping death if a card would kill them and stagger them.

Bloodlust

Fixes, changes and additions

  • Exalted enemies eat their breakfast. They are now bigger (visually) than the normal variants. - Shadow effect on spaces has been reworked to fit more with the artstyle of the game. - The Glossary in the Esoteric Archive is now alphabetically sorted. - Fixed display bug in card text condition line. - Fixed revenant not suffering HP loss on a new run at hunt 7 or higher. - Fixed FIREBOMB curio not registering as found, sorry! - Fixed SUMMONING TOME curio spawning Monoliths too far - Fixed ABYSSAL PEARL curio triggering on 2, it now triggers on 3 - Fixed text on some cards that read as "once per turn" to "once per round" in all applicable cases - Fixed term in confirmation dialog that was confusing - Avaron unlock burning damage requirement was reduced. - Added Wayward Child boss art - Added player character visibility when directly behind bigger enemies - Added new curio: Alejandro's Fumigator. Stops enemies from healing (Wayward SETS his HP, he does not heal, in case you where wondering) - Improved card readability regarding conditional effects (Beta tester power!) - Fix bug where some players curios were duplicated on game load - Fix bug when editing settings out of combat would crash the game - Minor reworks in boss conditions - Player walk UI is now always above the board, some bosses were obscuring it - Improved tooltips - Improved tutorials - Fixed typos

STATS AND HISTORY

  • The game now tracks total wins and maximum hunt level per character. Stats can be found in Character selection screen. They are visible after a least a run with a character is finished. - The game now keeps a history of the past 10 runs (abandoned runs are not tracked). History can be found in the Esoteric Archive.

POST DEMO - FULL GAME PROGRESS

A small update on the overall progress of the game. - All card art is now completed! YEY - All act 2 Boss art is complete! (5 bosses in total, much more.. lovecraftian than act 1, no more mere humans) - Act 3 First mini boss art is complete TODO: - Act 3 Second mini boss and final boss art is pending. - Act 2 and 3 Event art is pending.
