changedInternational Support: Simplified Chinese Live!Ni Hao! Simplified Chinese localization is now officially supported! This is the first of many localized languages planned for Hover Point to welcome players from all all over the globe.
addedKinetic Projectile PhysicsBullet Collisions: Projectiles fired from the same character can now push each other ! This physical interaction creates organic, shifting clusters of firepower and opens up completely new tactical weapon behavior depending on your build.
changedCombat Text & UI ClarityDrifting Numbers: Combat text and damage numbers will now drift in a random direction when they pop up. No more dense, unreadable number overlaps! Even during high-velocity chaotic waves!
changedCombat Text & UI ClarityAccurate Regen Text: To match our recent balance pass, the health regen stat description has been changed from "health restored per second" to "health restored per regen interval" to clearly reflect the 5-second tick rate.

International Support: Simplified Chinese Live!

  • Language Selection MenuWe've added a dedicated language settings menu to the game.
  • Ni Hao! Simplified Chinese localization is now officially supported! This is the first of many localized languages planned for Hover Point to welcome players from all all over the globe.

Kinetic Projectile Physics

  • Bullet CollisionsProjectiles fired from the same character can now push each other ! This physical interaction creates organic, shifting clusters of firepower and opens up completely new tactical weapon behavior depending on your build.

Combat Text & UI Clarity

  • Drifting Numbers: Combat text and damage numbers will now drift in a random direction when they pop up. No more dense, unreadable number overlaps! Even during high-velocity chaotic waves!

  • Accurate Regen TextTo match our recent balance pass, the health regen stat description has been changed from "health restored per second" to "health restored per regen interval" to clearly reflect the 5-second tick rate.

Survival & Polish

  • Guaranteed Grace Period: Taking any amount of damage now guarantees a minimum of 0.25 seconds of grace period, giving you a vital window to react and avoid instant annihilation.

  • More JuiceWe've improved several menu animations for a sleeker feel, and increased bloom once again to make the neon arena look even more vibrant.
