HOLLOW MIRE changes
We’ve just released what’s likely the final update to the Hollow Mire demo, refining pacing and flow to better support the experience.
The biggest change is a smoother camera flow, especially during movement and transitions. It should feel more natural, less rigid and improve pacing. Alongside that, we’ve made a handful of quiet quality-of-life adjustments that help the experience unfold more cleanly and comfortably.
If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to step in, this is a great time to try the demo.
🏚️ A First Glimpse of Bordon Downs Asylum
Below is a look at one of the earliest locations you’ll encounter in Act II, the entrance to Bordon Downs Asylum at dusk.
Steam post image Detective Gwen Porter arrives on site to investigate the disappearance of a patient under grisly circumstances. What she finds at Bordon Downs Asylum is only the beginning. From here, players will begin making choices that directly impact the outcome.
🕰️ Development in Motion
Development continues steadily behind the scenes. Every scene, transition, and line of dialogue is being refined with care, not just to tell a story, but to let the experience unfold naturally.
Hollow Mire is shaped through atmosphere, pacing, and emotional weight. Each update brings it a little closer to what it’s meant to be.
Thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to explore the demo, share feedback, or simply wander the halls of Breken House. It genuinely helps shape what this world becomes.
For now, we hope you enjoy the new screenshots in this update and we look forward to sharing more with you soon!
