Heist Haven changes
Fixed: Joining a session while being in another session crashes the game.
Fixed: Navigation issues in the Convenience Store.
Fixed: Feedback from the Convenience Store was missing when it was already recently robbed.
Fixed: Players can no longer lose their wanted status within 30 seconds of becoming wanted. This fixes an issue where committing very small crimes caused the wanted status to end very quickly.
- FixedSome police would still scatter their weapons in the world after being called back to the station when the player's infamy level was gone, but this has been fixed now.
- FixedPolice would instantly despawn at the end of the infamy level. This has been fixed now.
Changed: Passengers in vehicles now are also in third-person and can shoot much more easily at targets around them.
Fixed: Issue where NPCs would not open doors, but pass through instantly.
Fixed: Cars spawning and despawning in view of players.
Fixed: NPCs spawning and despawning in view of players.
Fixed: Position of the passenger in the Weapon Truck was wrong.
Fixed: Player Positions in most vehicles are now more accurate
Fixed: NPCs are sitting in vehicles with the proper animations.
Tweaked: The handling of the HC Sedan should be more in line with other vehicles now.

Fixed: Damaging your own vehicle no longer alerts the cops.
