New Stuff

  • Multi-select. Drag a box across the desktop or a folder, or use Ctrl+click, Shift+click and Ctrl+A. Escape clears it.

  • Drag one selected icon and the whole group comes with it, layout intact, snapped to the grid.

  • Delete a whole selection in one go. Asks first, goes to the recycle bin.

  • Streaming Mode. Every IP and email on screen turns into a label like [c][ip-1][/c], so nobody watching can farm your targets. Copy, logs and scripts still get the real values.

  • Rented servers are worth renting now. Hold an SSH shell on one and everything you launch leaves through it, so access logs, surveillance and bans land on the rental instead of your line.

  • Domains are rented by the day or the month instead of the year, with a renewal date, a lapsed state and a Renew button.

  • Prices come from a live catalog, so what the storefront shows is what you actually pay.

  • The registrars finally differ. GoDiddy is pricier but throws in WHOIS privacy. Namecheep is cheap and publishes everything about you.

  • Chat pings. Replies and @mentions raise a toast with a preview and a sound. Click it to jump to the message.

  • Dropping out of a session now shows a reconnect screen with an attempt counter instead of dumping you at the menu.

  • Tools you install are remembered per machine, so your toolkit survives a reconnect.

  • Your setup sticks between sessions: theme, terminal colours and wallpaper, window and taskbar colours, lock screen.

  • Live updates toggle on GreyMarket. Turn it off and the floor stops re-sorting under your cursor while you read a listing.

  • [c]Shell.Process.exec[/c] hands back the command output as text, so scripts can read what they run. Pass [c]silent[/c] to keep it off screen.

  • Scripts can connect to and disconnect from Wi-Fi, and can ask you for the passphrase with the input masked.

  • [c]watch[/c] puts the target on Network Monitor for you, [c]watch off[/c] takes it back out.

  • Two new handbook pages: running your own infrastructure, and working out of a rented box.

  • Wallpapers you imported can be deleted from Settings.

  • Subscribed mods show what Steam is actually doing with them, plus a Download button when the files never arrived.

  • One-time notice on your first Workshop install, explaining that mods run with the same access the game has.

  • Continue offline button when the connection to our services drags, and a banner when the servers are unreachable.

  • Quicker path to the main menu, since leaderboards now load in the background.

  • Deleting in File Gorilla asks first and goes to the recycle bin.

  • Account creation logs record the email address too, which is the part LCB actually wants.

  • The Nova Energy lead can be picked up through [c]lynx[/c] or the Verdane X financial report, not just Twotter.

  • The phone draws over app windows.

Fixes

  • Emails and domains inside the game no longer open your real mail client or browser. In-world links open in the in-game browser where they belong.

  • Mod sites, apps and widgets that died with "HackhubSDK is not defined" in 1.0.11 work again.

  • Mods a broken code check was refusing now load, as do mods with quotes or angle brackets in their name.

  • Fullscreen stayed windowed on startup, and multi-monitor setups picked the wrong screen.

  • Fresh saves always opened windowed until you touched a display setting.

  • No more fullscreen flash at launch if your taskbar sits on the left or top.

  • A failed multiplayer join used to wreck the rest of your session: multiplayer apps stuck on screen, tutorial never starting, hackhub.net erroring out. Reinstalling never helped because nothing was broken.

  • Refused logins, kicks, closed worlds and version mismatches told you nothing. They all give a reason now.

  • Try again after a failed join does a proper re-entry instead of reaching for a session that is already gone.

  • Startup could hang for half an hour on a bad connection. Everything times out now.

  • Kisscord could go dead when a quest queued several of your messages at once, and the chat input stayed broken until you reloaded from the menu.

  • Attaching a file you have not downloaded yet keeps your message and tells you to grab it first.

  • Find Password answers were judged far too harshly. A trailing space, "Password: hamilton" or a pasted JWT all failed silently and locked the job.

  • The pfSense panel let you save a Deny rule that locked you out of the panel itself, permanently. Affected saves get repaired.

  • Port forwarding rules serving the router and firewall panels are protected now, and restored in saves that lost them.

  • Part 8's mail server request log is rebuilt if it went missing. Without it, Ethan's IP is nowhere and the quest cannot finish.

  • Part 7 republishes the missing article, Part 10's firewall rules are locked down, and Part 11's port 22 objective ticks properly.

  • Quest files on other people's machines are protected, and dragging one home copies it instead of taking it.

  • A one second hiccup no longer ends a multiplayer session.

  • [c]ifconfig[/c] in a remote shell shows that host's address instead of stamping your own public IP over it.

  • Breaching a second player's desktop kept re-opening the first victim's files.

  • Market items you own with no file behind them, usually after a bad disconnect, are rebuilt on reconnect instead of sitting there unusable.

  • Attacks from a rented box wrote your real IP into the connection lost log, which meant forensics pinned suspicion on you no matter how well you cleaned up.

  • Closed a domain rental exploit where typing an extension into the name field bypassed the registrar's catalog and price.

  • Wallpaper changes in multiplayer save reliably, and your terminal colour is no longer overwritten by the theme on rejoin.

  • [c]cp[/c] could turn one-time loot into two sellable copies.

  • Dragging a file off a hacked machine is a download now. It used to be a move, which could destroy the only copy on the target.

  • Deleting a selection correctly refuses the recycle bin, quest files and read-only remote files.

  • Escape while clearing a selection also opened the pause menu.

  • [c]>[/c] and [c]>>[/c] could capture or leak another command's output.

  • The in-game browser now notices when you lose connection, so GreyMarket stops trading from a machine with no route out.

  • Bookmarks show up as soon as you add them, and reordering by drag no longer breaks the bar.

  • Scripted Wi-Fi cracks ended with an empty passphrase in multiplayer while the same commands typed by hand worked.

  • Network Monitor dead-ended on "already on the monitor" for hosts you could not find in the list.

  • [c]sqlmap[/c]'s banner is back, and the Steam Client SDK HASH ERROR popup no longer blocks your screen.

  • [c]hashcat[/c] has a help page, and [c]systemctl config[/c] takes the [c]key: value[/c] format that [c]dig[/c] prints, so you can copy what you see.

  • BCC news stories could appear twice.
