Hackhub 1.0.0

This is the big one. The headline is full Multiplayer, but there's a pile of new apps, commands and sites on the singleplayer side too.

Multiplayer

You can finally jump into a shared world, go after other players, and raid NPC companies.

  • Servers and a live world. Procedurally generated company sites, NPC targets, and a shared network to poke around in. The connect flow got rebuilt, and there's now a proper notice screen when you get kicked.

  • New MP-only commands: [c]openvpn[/c], [c]authkey[/c], [c]decode[/c], [c]appraise[/c], [c]crack[/c], [c]clearlogs[/c], [c]pivot[/c], [c]market[/c], [c]launder[/c], [c]watch[/c]. Looted keys and decoders drop as real files you can decrypt, and they get reconciled with your inventory once used.

  • New MP-only apps: NetworkMonitor, Siege, Firewall, and Chat. These stay hidden in singleplayer.

  • Staged hacking + surveillance. Hack stages are gated now, and the watch sweep shows NPC observer aliases so you know who's looking.

  • Money and mail tie-ins. MP-specific banking (with laundering via [c]launder[/c]) and mail flows.

  • Heads up: playing multiplayer won't touch your singleplayer save, and the menu warns you about it.

Player-Run Infrastructure & Sites

This is the meta-game that makes the whole world hackable. You buy real infrastructure from provider sites, stand up your own presence, and everyone else can try to tear it down.

  • Hosting providers. [c]DigitalSea[/c] (Droplets) and [c]ArizonaWebServices[/c] (Instances) for VPS / cloud servers, each with full marketing pages, sign-in, and a working dashboard.

  • Domain registrars. [c]Namecheep[/c] and [c]GoDiddy[/c] for registering domains and managing DNS.

  • CDN / edge. [c]Cloudfire[/c], a Cloudflare-style proxy that fronts your site, mitigates DDoS, and (on the paid tiers) masks your origin IP.

  • The cat-and-mouse part. If a target hides behind Cloudfire, attackers can dig up the real origin with [c]dnshistory[/c], [c]whois[/c], [c]dig[/c] and [c]probe[/c], which feeds straight into that origin-IP leak on [c]shadowlist.onion[/c]. Lock your DNS down or get farmed.

  • Company sites everywhere. Procedurally generated business sites across ~24 industries (banks, corporate, government, legal, healthcare, insurance, logistics, media, fashion, electronics, restaurants, grocery, and more) with real logos and hero art, so every target in the world feels like an actual company.

New Apps

  • Chat for in-game messaging.

  • FileGorilla, a proper FTP client with sessions and transfers.

  • NetworkMonitor for watching traffic.

  • Siege and Firewall for the MP attack/defense side.

  • OpenFileDialog, a system-wide "open file" picker.

  • Trash Bin. Deleted files go here now instead of vanishing.

Systems & UI

  • Window snapping. Drag windows to edges/zones with a snap overlay and a layout flyout.

  • Global alert bar for system-wide notifications.

  • Netrun phone app, plus darknet hints piped in through it.

  • Objectives on the desktop so your active tasks are right there.

  • A lot of smaller UI passes across Settings, the taskbar, start menu, and system tray.

New Terminal Commands (singleplayer too)

  • Added [c]probe[/c], [c]dnshistory[/c], [c]deface[/c], [c]dig[/c], [c]nslookup[/c], [c]mxlookup[/c].

  • Rewrote [c]whois[/c] and [c]nmap[/c], added [c]sqlmap[/c] (Python3) and expanded [c]ssh[/c].

Websites

  • GreyMarket, a new grey-market site with a buy/sell UI.

  • Dox board.

  • Goagle sign-in. Added an OAuth-style consent flow, plus refreshed account and search pages.

  • Twotter, basically rebuilt. New compose box, rich text, media, bookmarks, a status/detail page, reworked profile and search, and multiplayer hooks.

  • Touch-ups on LCB Bank, the e-commerce shop template, and a few Eppenstein pages.

Balance & Content

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 balance pass.

  • Handbook content updates.

Fixes & Polish

  • General performance work.

  • Fixed news loading.

  • Fixed mod deletion.

  • Storyline (The Journalist's Sister) fixes and small adjustments. No new story content, just cleanup.

  • ContentSDK updates (mod loader, API bridge, permissions).

  • Localization for 30 languages, including all the new multiplayer strings.

  • Plenty of general bug fixes on top of that.

Heads up: Multiplayer is still in active development. Expect frequent content drops, changes and balance tweaks as we keep building it out. Bugs and resets can happen, so bring your feedback.
