This is a small pre-Next Fest update to add a new feature I think is really cool as well as a number of smaller bug fixes. Hopefully with this build we have truly reached peak Grimdelve status and no new updates will need to be made for some time:
Option to choose "True Mode" or "Easy Mode" when starting a New Game. True Mode adds the option to continue playing the game as the other living character whenever one character dies. Otherwise the two modes are the same.
Fixed a HUGE bug where the demo would end way earlier than intended!!
Added amazing new custom music, made specifically for Grimdelve, by BlackJacketBoys
Fixed bug where torches would disappear when interacted with from certain angles
Fixed the boulder sprite shifting up and down a pixel when interacted with from certain angles
Fixed a number of collision errors, particularly in the crawling section
Fixed the mines area being pitch black
Hopefully reduced lag when opening the menu in certain areas
Minor changes to autosaving so there are less inconvenient saves
With this my immense stressing over Next Fest comes to an end, though during the festival this week I shall continue to panic stress and will be checking the feedback form religiously. If you encounter any issues, please share them there or on the Discord server!
