Thank you for the feedback
During Steam's Next Fest we received a large amount of feedback from different sources (reddit, youtube, steam forum, emails, etc) and we are really thankful for it.
Because of that feedback we were able to update our game to really feel much better to play. This includes better camera, better jumping mechanics and better movement. We've fixed the crazy moving momentum and overall, Rolly feels much better to control.
In the last few updates, there were other fixes that went in as well. See the list below
Recent Updates
Improved Camera movement to better follow Rolly.
Improved Rolly's jump to be a lot less floaty and janky.
Improved Rolly's movement to have much less momentum and less janky.
Added more feedback to Rolly's large beam ability
Added new sound FX for when the energy bar is recharged and ready.
Fixed our sound manager to properly switch music in world transtions (this was a knockon bug from some recent changes)
Fixed room transitions to not show enemy spawning and/or play sounds before the room is revealed
Fixed and tuned some of the sound FX's pitches
Fixed some rare crashes.
As we get closer to release in October, we will continue to improve, polish and fix bugs, through out our game, to really push towards better quality overall
