We're thrilled to announce a major update for Goo Keeper! In response to player feedback regarding the game's color palette, we've added new in-game filters that significantly alter the visual style.

Rather than recreating the entire game, we developed an innovative system using shaders, providing players with various options to customize the game's look.
addedThe new visual options include:
addedWe've also improved the camera functionality to be much smarter. Now, it records the last platform you stood on for more than half a second and won't start moving until you reach a certain threshold or get to a new platform. This prevents the camera from constantly shifting during small jumps in place.
changedAdditionally, we've made numerous minor changes both visually and in the code, including bug fixes, optimizations, adjustments to the color tones of some sprites, and corrections of previously overlooked floating sprites.

The new visual options include:

  • Black and White

  • Low Saturation

  • Old Film

  • Film Grain

You can even combine some of these filters, such as Low Saturation and Old Film, for a unique experience.
