We have received reports that loading may sometimes stop at 40% when entering a Multiplayer Room.

This appears to be caused by the Steam client app suppressing the download of room data. At this time, we have not found a way for the gogh app itself to resume the download.

If progress stops at 40% when entering a Multiplayer Room, please keep the gogh app open and try the following steps:

  1. Launch the Steam client app

  2. Select “Manage Downloads” at the bottom of the client app window

  3. If a download related to gogh is paused, resume it
