We know that many of you are eagerly waiting for the launch, but we don’t want to release something half-finished. Our goal is to deliver a game that meets both your expectations and ours.

Thanks to your feedback, we’re currently working on:

🌆 Graphics

  • Extensive further development of the map: more details, textures, sidewalks and parked cars

  • Correct road lanes & one-way streets with improved pathfinding

  • Removal of all AI-based graphics

  • Simple graphical details at incidents (e.g. fires)

🎮 Gameplay

  • Build your own roads as access to the base - Vehicles no longer teleport when leaving the base

  • Different difficulty levels

  • Options to reduce micromanagement

  • Build multiple fully customisable bases and decide yourself which units are stationed there

📜 Content

  • Play in every city worldwide thanks to real map data

  • Modding support for vehicles, paint jobs, and missions

  • Additional and more extensive missions

  • Mission editor

  • More vehicles

We’ll soon be launching a Global Rescue DevBlog series to keep you regularly updated on the current state of development and what we’re working on. Staying close to the community and maintaining open communication has always been important to us – and we want to continue that with Global Rescue. At the same time, it allows us to gather valuable feedback from you that directly shapes the ongoing development.
