Critical Fixes

  • Fixed staff recruitment not correctly replacing existing staff.

  • Fixed tournament progression issues affecting semi finals, finals, rewards, and repeat tournaments.

  • Fixed post combat results not displaying correctly.

  • Fixed economy inconsistencies introduced by recent pricing and balance changes.

  • Fixed incorrect level gain reporting in combat logs.

  • Fixed daily arena limit pop up flickering and overlapping.

  • Fixed Hotkey 2 not functioning during tournaments.

  • Fixed equipment stat inconsistencies and pricing mismatches.

UI and UX Improvements

  • Added a universal navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to reduce navigation friction.

    • Previously, players had to navigate Market → Management → Arena.

    • Players can now move directly between key scenes, for example Market → Arena.

  • Added a mini inventory display to the Market scene, allowing players to quickly view owned items while browsing and purchasing equipment.

  • Added subtle dust particles to combat scene

  • Unified margins, alignment, and scaling across UI panels and buttons.

  • Improved clarity of training selection visuals.

  • Fixed misleading price presentation in multiple scenes.

  • Improved inventory readability with clear Owned, Equipped, and Free counts.

  • Added sell price information to inventory tooltips.

  • Added right click to sell inventory items.

  • Removed redundant or confusing UI elements.

  • Improved roster sorting layout and consistency.

  • Clarified dropdown interactions with visual indicators.

Input and Controls

  • Added universal keyboard shortcuts:

    • Space to Confirm

    • Escape to Cancel or Go Back

  • Shortcuts are now supported across:

    • Purchases and sales

    • Training assignment

    • Level ups

    • Match scheduling

    • Post combat and day summary screens

  • Improved overall controller and Steam Deck usability.

Performance and Display

  • Addressed several performance related issues across UI and combat scenes.

  • Added Windowed mode support (Alt+Enter).

  • Added desktop resolution selection options.

    • Desktop resolution support is currently experimental and will be refined based on player feedback.

Balance and Progression

  • Increased early roster capacity to allow better gladiator rotation.

  • Adjusted prestige gain and loss scaling.

  • Reduced training slot unlock requirements and added progress indicators.

  • Fixed win bonus calculation issues.
