I have been working hard to make the game smoother and reduce unnecessary friction for players.The days of pure spreadsheet-style management are starting to come to an end. Players can now see their gladiators training directly inside the ludus, giving the management screen a much stronger sense of life and identity. A big thanks to freelance artist Julio for his work on the new ludus artwork.

I have also added the foundation for the new morale and personality systems. Morale now provides different bonuses and penalties depending on whether it is high or low, and relationships between gladiators have also started to take shape. These systems will be expanded further over the coming weeks.
