Now to the real news. We're gathered here today to look at the Tiny Factory winners!
In the start we did not get many submissions. We were all very nervous. Me most than anyone. What if this was one big failure? What if I loose my job? What if mrmcd yells at me? What if they delete trains from the roadmap because of this?
Not long after that we got this meme posted.
Then they started flooding in. And let me tell you... They're all a real treat!
Inverted Cow's Underground Factory

We're very impressed with this factory. Not only was it one of few underground factories, but it also uses a system of belts which pump resources up & down. Assembling the robots on the up to the surface - it gives a very clutterd but compact feel.
Bob_says_hello's Oil Rig

The design of this certainly was cool! And putting the shipping pads on the top gives it such a clean & thoughtout look.

The overall winner! This AMAZING tiny factory has it all. An office, windows overlooking & decoring! We're super impressed with the themeing while keeping within the terms of the challenge!

The triangle architecture gets me.
Raptibun's V1 Factory (Square)
Similar vibe as the V2, but more square. Not as interesting but deserving of a mention.
Bob_says_hello's Data Center Factory
Although not the official name, it gives me data center vibes. Very cool!
