Community Question - Should I post main game patch notes? (Non-Demo patches)

Hi folks! I just wanted to see what's the best way of keeping people engaged while I work on the game.

Hi folks! I just wanted to see what's the best way of keeping people engaged while I work on the game. Now that I'm working on the later game content, the demo won't get patched too often and focusing on the main build of the game.

  • Do you prefer regular patch notes when I update the main build/engine of the game. This way you can see how stuff is coming along more regularly?

  • Or do you prefer a once-a-month post showing you all the stuff that happened during the month? (I'll still do those at the end of the month)

Let me know in the comments below, I might try to experiment with posting the patch notes more regularly and see if that's a better way to show people I am actively always working on the game! I've been making really good progress this week especially and think it's a maybe a shame people don't know. But maybe people don't want to be spoiled (Though they can just avoid reading the patch notes).

Thanks for any input! Just trying to make sure we can build up enough people who are interested in the game while I work on it.
