addedAs many of you know, we recently introduced the new Matchmaking and Competitive Rating System. The goal of these changes was to create a more balanced and skill-based competitive experience.
changedUnfortunately, some players have shown unsportsmanlike behavior. However, we were prepared for the possibility that this might happen. Since the release, we have been closely monitoring the situation, and we have had a plan on how to improve the system and eliminate possible exploits. A patch with these updates will be released soon.
changedIn the meantime, we review the Leaderboards every week and disqualify players who use unfair methods to receive rewards. Last night was no exception: those who attempted to exploit the system and reach the top positions unfairly were disqualified and restricted from competitive activities.
changedPlease be aware that, in the future, any attempts to intentionally exploit or manipulate the Competitive Rating System or Leaderboards will result in even stricter consequences.
changedFair competition is very important to us, and you can rest assured that we are closely monitoring how all features of the Catch & Compete Update perform when applied to a large number of players. As previously mentioned, we collect statistics, monitor player behavior, and fine-tune these features in order to improve them and better serve the community.
