changedWe have just rolled out a Bug Fix Patch that brings a range of fixes, quality-of-life improvements, performance optimization, and usability enhancements designed to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable.

These fixes include restoring missing bell sounds on rod stands, improving the appearance of Marker Buoys, and resolving an issue that prevented some players from placing their Frankenfish Mount in the Trophy Room.
changedIn addition, we've Improved Audio Controls by introducing a dedicated Sound Effects volume slider, and renamed the Sound Volume to Master Volume, that now controls the overall game audio.

We have just rolled out a Bug Fix Patch that brings a range of fixes, quality-of-life improvements, performance optimization, and usability enhancements designed to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable.

We've addressed several highly prioritized issues affecting gameplay and visuals. These fixes include restoring missing bell sounds on rod stands, improving the appearance of Marker Buoys, and resolving an issue that prevented some players from placing their Frankenfish Mount in the Trophy Room.

In addition, we've Improved Audio Controls by introducing a dedicated Sound Effects volume slider, and renamed the Sound Volume to Master Volume, that now controls the overall game audio.

We've also improved the Shop experience by renaming the Rods button to Setups, making it easier to check tackle compatibility before making a purchase.

A number of other issues have been addressed, let’s see what’s been done in more detail.

Gameplay & Missions

  1. Fixed an issue where players could be lifted above the ground when placing a rod into a rod holder in the Maldives.

  2. Addressed an issue where fish catches were not counted for Lone Star Adventure Missions when using bass jigs with soft lures or while trolling

  3. Resolved an issue where tracked missions remained displayed in the HUD after mission regeneration

  4. Fixed an issue where the NPC could become stuck holding binoculars during Adventure Missions

  5. Addressed an issue preventing the Pedal Kayak from spawning at Falcon Lake

  6. Updated gift sending restrictions to allow gifts only between approved friends

  7. Fixed an issue where the Groundbait Mixing button became inactive after removing boilies from a recipe

  8. Corrected level requirements and prices for bass jigs in local shops Boats, Kayaks & Navigation

  9. Corrected the rental HUD text displayed when renting a kayak, which incorrectly referred to a motorboat rental

  10. Refined player head rendering on trolling kayaks in third-person view

  11. Improved speedometer readability and unit labeling on bass boats

  12. Fixed an issue where two kayak boarding sound effects played simultaneously when entering a trolling kayak UI & Quality of Life

  13. Fixed an issue preventing players from joining a Club Room through the in-game chat while on a waterway

  14. Addressed an issue where friends could not view each other's tackle setups in profiles when using the same language settings

  15. Addressed an issue where another player's character could briefly be seen on the dock at the start of the tutorial

  16. Corrected various interaction hints and highlights appearing in incorrect locations or failing to appear where intended

  17. Fixed an issue where mouse sensitivity became excessively high after sharing a buoy and minimizing the game

  18. Improved Photo Mode camera movement for smoother navigation and scene rendering

  19. Fixed an issue preventing groups of items from being moved from Backpack to Home Storage using the transfer button in certain localizations

  20. Fixed overlapping inventory icons for moving and repairing items

  21. Improved mouse wheel scrolling responsiveness and smoothness in the Shop

  22. Fixed overlapping button descriptions in the Spanish version of the F1 Help menu Environment & Visual Improvements

  23. Enhanced environmental details and visual quality across Lone Star Lake, Home Sweet Home, Trophy Room, Quanchkin Lake, Lesní Víla Fishery, and Mudwater River

  24. Fixed an issue where border buoys at Mudwater River were not visible from long distances on graphics settings below Ultra

  25. Fixed rain effects appearing on the screen while inside the house at Lone Star Lake without wearing a hat

  26. Improved terrain and pier rendering on the Lone Star Lake map while zooming

  27. Improved boat visuals in Norway

  28. Improved NPC eye and foot rendering at Lone Star Lake

  29. Fixed seagulls floating in the air instead of sitting on rocks at Lone Star Lake

  30. Corrected fish color highlighting issues in the Trophy Room

  31. Fixed vehicles appearing suspended above the sea instead of remaining on the bridge in Norway

  32. Improved synchronization between the Happy Bass song and the corresponding singing and dancing animations in the Trophy Room

  33. Fixed an issue where shoreline boundaries on the Norway map were displayed incorrectly in the Tablet view

  34. Fixed an issue where water plants could be seen clipping through the bottom of kayaks
