Thanks Testers!

over the last month of testing, i've logged roughly 100 logs from players to fix and improve the game, open playtesting will be announced soon, along with some more experimental features in a the following weeks

Experimental Features Next?

Over the next week there sadly wont be many updates for the larger gameplay systems, because of a much larger set of updates coming out for the preperation for the open playtesting arriving soon

Confirmed Reworks on the way:

  • Overhauled Card-Arts

  • Overhauled Pip-Systems for more satifying combos

  • New Shaders for New Card Effects, such as burning flames, animals etc

  • Cow Tech-Reintroduced, that's right, cards will go back to moving between eachother based on art, villagers may visit the caves if nearby

  • Overhauling localised enviroment sound to be more apparent when playing from a further distance

  • Overhauling sounds based on card context, pots will now shatter etc

  • Overhauling Age System, yes it's a big one, but expect the general loop for picking ages to be completely different

  • New Tutorialisation, finally new players can play the game without being lost for the first 30 minutes..

  • Full Feature-Complete Settings for deep customisation

  • Reworking starter race and starter race efffects

  • Reworking starting difficulties

  • Randomised Enviroment and tile starts

Experimental Settings in the works:

  • Auto-Save/Load

  • Fully Randomised runs for complete customisation for the player experience

  • Testing for Co-op play with async board state / parallel play
