Repeated intro
Hello, dear friends! We are glad to share our latest news with you, so if you wondering what’s new in ExTime: Primal Menace, let’s get started!

DETAILING LOCATIONS
As you may remember, in ExTime you get on a specific island in Bermudas for scientific research. And, there is a lot of military stuff everywhere… Hmm, how can it be of use to us? Seems like it’s going to be one of the game puzzles for players.
Today we show you some screenshots of our military base. Firstly, you can see a construction near the main entrance, and by the way, do you have any thoughts, what it was built for? Anyway, we do not strongly recommend hiding there, while you're chased by a couple of predators. It may not be safe for you there.
Secondly, there is a warehouse backyard, where you can see a huge tank in a sinister embedded in a dark night atmosphere. What (or even who) could be in that tank — all questions and no answers.
CREATING VISUAL EFFECTS
This part is the most sacred for all developers, but we still want to show you a piece of our work. So, what should you do to start a fire?
At the beginning, all you have is a room, and of course, a plan of how you will add special effects in there.
Then the magic starts, or VFX, as we call it, and also don’t forget about logical elements.
If you do everything right, in the end, you have a perfect conflagration.
GAME WITHIN THE GAME
Mini-games often become a necessary part of a big project, and ExTime: Primal Menace is not going to become an exception. At every level, several puzzles will await you, and none of them will be easy.
Cracking a code, getting access to the terminal, picking a lock to break in or out — these and lots of other quests will undoubtedly be in “ExTime”. Some of them may remind you of famous references but don’t get carried away, as solving these puzzles may be essential for saving your life.
That’s all for today, but if you want to know more about our development progress, follow our socials on Twitter @vega_horizon , or Facebook page ! We weekly post new work-in-progress videos and screenshots, and communicate with you!
Stay tuned!
