Hello Everyone!
We've updated the Pre Alpha demo of EverRail again, with fixes to several issues, improvement of multiplayer stability and a bunch of other improvements and changes! You can see all the changes in detail below - please keep giving us feedback, and report all the bugs you encounter so we can fix them! Improvements and Changes:
Added sounds to crafting and inventory
Looting items no longer only work if there are empty slots, but also for filling up existing stacks
Changed Lockers in Tutorial Mission so they are actually Lootable
Added short ragdolling before game over screen
Improved robot combat feedback
Added fast travel UI update that reflects if a wagon contains a hatch
Fixed issue that hatches have not been dismantleable
Made elevators placable
Placable hatches can now be used for travel
New Game Settings Menu
Glider VFX for damage now depends on the actual durability
Disabled Continue button for client
Removed hatches as they are now buildable
Robot VFX improvements
Bugfixes:
Fixed Sparks VFX is not always on for the Robots
Fixed glider manager not detecting train being in tunnel
Fixed Empty toolbelt for expedition character on server
Fixed glider tutorial not updating iso fuel count after crashing
Fixed a lot of cases where tracks go slightly below ground
Fixed Client freezes whenever Host has Pause Menu or any Menu open
Fixed Glider speed is too slow during Multiplayer
Fixed Client does not always properly bind inputs after exiting/entering train
Fixed several issues when moving inventory items on the client
Fixed Start Dungeon Lootables are lootable twice
Fixed glider toolbelt did not correctly update its size when changing active gliders
Fixed buildable elevator placement showing wrong outline
Fixed issue where glider durability was wrong
We are aware that the 0% battery bug is still around. If you encounter this bug:
Save your game and load the new save
Or play until it autosaves, then load this new one
