fixedFixed a bug in the the Duskenlight Portal event that would cause mobs to not walk to the center of the arena to engage the player.

-Moving the vertical cam offset setting in options below -.5 causes the camera to become unstable. For now, I've limited the negative offset to no lower than -.5 until I can make adjustments.
