addedFirstly, I do have some not-great news to share: unfortunately, the Makai Stage update will not be quite ready yet for an April release. Some unexpected personal circumstances have made it difficult to complete the boss battles to a state I'm satisfied with, so I decided to push the release to sometime in May. Apologies to everyone who has been looking forward to the new content.
changedI do think I owe you some more info on how work on the bosses is going though, so here's a quick update on that. As a whole, work on Makai Stage bosses is around 75% done . 2 out of 4 bosses are complete, and work on the 3rd is nearing completion. As mentioned before, all other content for the update is complete, so it's just a matter of finishing up these last remaining bosses.
addedI'm also adding another option in Settings, the ability to select which Style you start with when starting an expedition!
addedI know this update has been in the works for quite a while now, so I understand if you might be getting impatient. Rest assured that I'll be doing my best to get this update ready as soon as I can, but I do want to make sure that the quality is up to standards, so please bear with me. 🙏If all goes well, the Makai Stage update will be released within the next month, and the next one of these progress reports will have more info on the new Extra Stage in the works!
