Echoes of Sin: Confusion changes
This release also includes several important improvements and final changes made since the last patch:
Reduced active in-game tick load by roughly 6x, improving CPU performance on weaker PCs.
Greatly reduced map sizes across all levels. This should help weaker CPUs and slower drives load maps faster and more reliably. SSD drive is still highly reccomended!
Improved map loading behavior, although I am still working on the final map, where asset loading may still be visible for up to 2 seconds.
Added a licenses folder directly into the game directory.
Added a Discord QR code to the main menu for feedback and bug reports.
Improved lighting in the Backrooms level.
Increased the number of anomaly encounters where the player can die.
Reduced the length of Death Level 2.
