E-Lich: Corporate Souls changes
According to our living-world calendars, it must be the beginning of 2025 for you, give or take 10 years.
So to kick things off, here's our first update of 2025 (or whatever silly year it is over there now), which has been in the works since the beginning of last month. And let me tell you, it's packed to the bone!
But before that, Inhuman Resources demanded I gave a spotlight on some of the things that are included in this update!
New Boss HP Bar
Boss enemies now have their HP displayed at all times to make sure you notice when the boss spawns (and dies!). It should also help you realize when you accidentally kill them off-screen now (since you've been doing that so often, you hard-working soul).
Revamped Talents Screen
Ms.Faye is working on some new stuff! She mentioned something about new talents and some features being held back by Inhuman Resources for further analysis, so they might still take a while to be available for general use (but you can catch a glimpse of them in there now).
Revamped Dialogue Box UI
The Dialogue Box UI has received yet another round of upgrades, looking more sleek, responsive (especially for keyboard and controller navigation, whatever that means), and beautiful. It should also improve the visualization of what option you are currently selecting.
Overall New Content!
Of course, there are new boons, artifacts, talents, and even new enemies! Get out there and try them out for yourself (it is not an option, the boss kinda demands it)!

Changes
Added more spawn points for adventurers and bosses! They'll no longer only spawn on the top right corner of the screen - Revamped the dialogue options' UI to make it clearer which option you currently have selected - Revamped the icons of some older boons - Revamped the art of swordsman adventurers (with others to follow soon) - Slightly increased Fireball's minimum size cap to avoid it getting too tiny - Reintroduced the Domain Expansion boon to the pool - Several UI improvements across all screens / menus - Heavily improved UI controller navigation - Improvements to the Dialogue Box UI
Rebalances
Increased the Boss's HP and Armor scaling - Exp Gain Boon - Now has 3 levels instead of 4 - Improved the chance of Poison Aura appearing during boon selection - Automatic Vaccum Cleaner - Now reaches 100% in 2 levels instead of 3 - Slightly reduced enemy scaling past 15 minutes / after the Boss is defeated
Fixes
Fixed an issue with the stat upgrade formula that led to certain boons increasing some stats by way more than they should - Fixed an issue where you couldn't confirm your selection with the controller on the Character Select screen - Fixed the Transmute Talent increasing a Reroll charge instead of a Transmute one, which led to 6 Reroll charges and 4 Transmute charges instead of 5 and 5 when both talents were maxed - Fixed the red part of the Boss's HP Bar not being displayed - Fixed an issue where the dialogue options didn't display correctly when more than 1 option was available - Fixed boon descriptions in the tooltips at Current Boons and Results Screen displaying localization keys instead of the actual localized stat - Fixed boon tooltips displaying wrong fonts - Fixed some minor font issues - Fixed some buttons not having any sort of indication they were being highlighted or selected - Fixed exp bar's "Level" text not reflecting the chosen localisation option until you picked up a soul - Fixed the next dialogue indicator not changing to controller buttons when the Intern was talking
Known Issues
Performance still drops when running late game builds with lots of projectiles. - Some weapons still have weird behaviours, namely Hate 2.O, but may apply to others - Can't see collected Artifacts on the Boons Screen - Can't use the mouse to scroll on the combat statistics list on the result screen (using W/S keys or a controller both work at the moment) - Controller / Keyboard navigation in the new Delete Save option can lose reference of the selected button, making it impossible to interact with it. A mouse is likely required for interacting with it at the moment (we're working on a fix!)
