๐ Devlog Update โ Moving to Unreal Engine 5 ๐
Hey everyone! ๐
Big news โ weโve officially moved the project over to Unreal Engine 5. After testing and tinkering, it was clear UE5 just gives us more power, flexibility, and future-proofing. The lighting, performance tools, and workflow are simply better โจ, and for the kind of game weโre making, itโs the right call.
That saidโฆ migrating everything hasnโt been instant. Itโs just a few of us grinding away behind the scenes ๐ ๏ธ, so thank you for your patience while we smooth out the kinks. ๐ Grace while we work means the world to us.
๐ก What this means going forward:
Development is more stable and future-focused.
Weโll be able to push the visuals and gameplay polish further than before.
Tools for animation, physics, and UI are way more streamlined now, so less time fighting the engine, more time making the game fun.
๐ Release Window
Weโre still on track for an early 2026 release ๐ฏ. Itโs ambitious, but weโre pacing ourselves carefully. No crunch, no burnout โ steady progress is the goal.
Weโre a small, passionate team ๐ช, and every bit of support you send our way keeps the fire going. Thanks for sticking with us โ we canโt wait to share more soon. โค๏ธ
Stay tuned for more gameplay clips and behind-the-scenes peeks ๐๐ฎ
