This patch adds a manual, doubles the scrap distance, fixes a few UI things, updates a bunch of text, and fixes a few more minor issues.

doubled scrap distance
now more likely to get credit for killing an enemy near a planet (in range of guards counts also) (firecat666)

now if remap up/down it will work consistently on quest screens (firecat666)
