Hello everyone! This weekend was a big one for the technical foundation of the game. While I didn't get to some of the smaller suggestions quite yet, I’ve completed a massive "under the hood" migration that will allow us to develop content much faster moving forward.

Here is what’s new in this build:
Major Engine & Asset Migration We have officially moved the entire project over to the UE5.7 Mannequin system. This was a significant undertaking to ensure the game stays on the cutting edge of the engine's capabilities.
- Total OverhaulSwapped all skeletons and animations to the new standard.
- Massive Library UpdateRe-targeted and updated roughly 4,000 animations, montages, and related assets.
- Future ProofingThis migration clears out technical debt and allows for smoother integration of new features and smoother character movement.
New Feature: Prototype Takedown System
I’ve implemented an early version of a stealth-based takedown mechanic. This is a first look at how we want to handle high-stakes close-quarters combat.
Sneak Attack: When the sun goes down, stealth becomes your best friend. The Mechanic: Approach an enemy undetected at night or day and press [V] to initiate a takedown. Full Coverage: The system currently supports directional attacks from the front, back, left, and right. Early Prototype: Please note that this is a work-in-progress. We’re using this as a foundation to expand into more complex takedown mechanics later in development.
