I am continuing to streamline the Direct Contact experience with new UI enhancements and critical visual fixes. This update brings more granular control to your weapon attachments and restores high-fidelity impact effects. New Feature: Tactical Illumination Radial Menu
I have successfully migrated the laser and light systems into a new, intuitive Radial Menu to give you faster control over your gear during operations.
How to Access: Simply press L to open the new menu.
Toggle & Customization: From here, you can toggle your Laser or Flashlight on and off instantly.
Custom Colors: You can now select your preferred color for your tactical devices.
Community Input: Is there a specific color you want for your laser? Let me know, and I’ll see if I can get it added to the selection! 😄
Visual Improvements & Fixes
Particle FX Restoration: I have resolved an issue where shooting enemies produced incorrect particle effects following our recent migration to Unreal Engine 5.7.
Flesh Impact Visuals: Impact effects have been restored to their proper high-fidelity visuals, ensuring that combat feedback looks as realistic and intended as before.
