New Lighting Option

Earlier today someone requested a new option for exploring with fog of war. It ended up being very easy to pull off, so I have it done already!

As usual, please leave a review if you haven't already.

PS: a user is having trouble launching after the switch to the C# version of the engine. Please report any problems in the bug report thread so I can see how pervasive they are.
