Hi Domerunners, we’ve got some exciting news to share. DIESELDOME: Oil & Blood will release a playable demo for Steam Next Fest on October 14th! We’ll also be releasing a new trailer for it on launch.
Over the last 5 months, we’ve been hard at work preparing a demo for everyone to try. We’re confident that even with some bugs and issues, it will give you a replayable and fun experience that will show you a glimpse of what the full game will be like. We hope that with your valuable feedback, this demo will also help us make the full game the best experience it can be on launch.
While not even close to what the full game will be like, the demo already offers a high amount of replayability and features:
A RomanPunk FPS with Survivors-Like and Movement Shooter mechanics.
3 different characters, each carrying their own unique weapon, ability and upgrades.
60+ unique abilities that can be synergized.
Parkour mechanics, including wall-running, gliding, triple jumping, jump-slamming, and more.
A map inspired by the 2000s era of FPS games, with 4 uniquely themed regions that were hand-crafted to be parkoured.
A region-capturing system that rewards or punishes the player, resulting in an eternal tug-of-war between you and the enemy hordes.
Skill trees, passive skills, and unique character upgrades.
A randomly generated betting system to earn gold.
Face 7+ enemies.
