Diabotical Rogue changes

Interface
The name of the Wipeout mode has been changed to Rogue Wipeout.
Modding
The Diabotical Wipeout mode now has the Diabotical Blaster and Shaft instead of the Rogue versions.
The Diabotical Wipeout mode now has limited ammo for each weapon except for the Melee.
The Diabotical presets of the Blaster and Shaft now get saved correctly when enabled in a mode.
Fixed weapons starting out with 0 ammo instead of their default ammo when unlimited ammo was turned off for the mode.
Added the following weapon properties: Ammo Per Reload, Reload Ms, Max ammo, Unlimited ammo (for that specific weapon, there is a mode wide variable as well game_unlimited_ammo).
The Reload keybind now works in custom modes.
The Diabotical PnCR preset and the PnCR in the Diabotical Wipeout mode no longer have a slower walking speed while zooming.
There is now an indicator at the top of the screen that mentions the keybind (default F4) to switch the mode editing panel back on after you have turned it off.
When trying to create or update a mode without setting any maps there is now an error warning preventing you from doing so.
The Maps button has been changed visually to more clearly indicate that it is a button.
Fixed an issue where loading your own mode would only show the create button in the mode editing panel instead of having the option to update.
Fixed an issue where players joining an ongoing match with mode editing turned on would not get the same physics as the ones currently active.
Fixed an issue where the name of the mode shown in the lobby settings didn’t match the currently selected custom mode.
Visual changes
Fixed the Scout’s left arm disappearing when throwing a grenade.
Fixed an issue where weapon models were visible through smoke.
Fixed the missing Eggbot thruster particle effects.
Fixed an issue with the smoke particles of the Rocket Launcher when fired, growing in size or flashing.
Tentative fix for a rare issue where particle effects would not be visible after launching the game (until the game was restarted).
Fixed an issue where weapon skins were not visible in the locker.
Maps
Visibility fixes in Cassini.
Editor
Updated the crystal prefabs.
Added new prefabs.
