From time to time we will also expect our employees to be inspired and accomplish great feats of engineering. The inspiration requirements are covered in a subsequent section of this handbook.

CODE

Finishing your tasks, debugging and completing features will all require you to code. Having your features completed by the end of each sprint will help you avoid major consequences.

INFLUENCE

To ensure clear communication and the necessity of certain coding tasks, you must use the influence of your position. If negative influence goes unanswered it may affect your reputation and eventually your employment status at CodeNOW.

AVOIDING FAILURE

Should any issue reach -1 or less code or influence, it will be resolved. It is your goal to resolve as many issues this way as possible.

FINDING SUCCESS

CodeNOW expects that your understanding of these fundamentals will be the foundation of your successful employment.

We look forward to working with you.
