MacOs Compatibillity
Added missing discord dll for MacOs builds, which caused the game to crash/get stuck in main menu
Added more error handling for missing steam and discord dlls, in case those go missing or fail to work
This should solve compatibility issues with Apple M1 machines by now correctly shutting down those modules. Players on M1 machines will not be able to unlock achievements or log stats, and wont be able to display rich presence on discord. While the game runs smoothly when launching the .app directly, launching through steam might still cause issues.
Additions
Pressing the middle mouse button now also rotates buildings when placing
Confirmation window when detaching hulls now lists all the affected hulls in case a whole chain of hulls would be detached
Changing time speeds now als unpauses the game
Now displaying some info on the storages in their info window, to clarify their functionality, drawing some more attention to adjacency bonuses
Fixes
Fixed hull window help button not working (now opens help on Hull Actions)
Fixed issue where hull would stay closed until fully explored when repositioned while the docking effect was still running
Fixed bug where resource time remaining would be insanely high with very small consumption, now setting to "stagnant" when above 100d
Fixed repair pointer arc disappearing when its origin went out of frame
Fixed Stats for engines not being tracked, and subsequently also their achievements not being obtainable
