Delverium changes
Thank you so much to everyone who took part in our first Steam Playtest! It has been very rewarding to see so many players enjoying our early playtest build and letting us know their thoughts and criticisms. We have incorporated many of the highest priority feedback items and requests into our roadmap for the next few months. Thank you again for all of the valuable feedback we received!
Roadmap:
Control Improvements (In progress):
Add the ability to attack, move, interact and build while the inventory menu is open
Building/Placement previews
Implement missing QoL inventory management features
Combat Improvements:
Improve weapon attack hits and knockbacks
Improve enemy lunges and attack telegraphs
Add player hit/damage feedback
Rebalance weapon and enemy damage
NPCs:
Don’t stop on doorways/gates
Move out of the way of player building/placement
Enter buildings at night
Attack nearby enemies
More dialog, shop and quest options
Animals and Farming:
Sheep!
Prevent immature crops from being destroyed by player weapons
Watered soil visuals
Other:
Lore
Equipable Items
Additional Boss
For now it is full steam ahead on our roadmap and working towards our next Playtest build. While we don’t have a firm date for our next Playtest just yet, rest assured we will announce it to our email subscribers, Steam page and socials as soon as we can.
