New Content

Ruined Machine System

  • Ruined machines have been added to the game.

  • After Day 21 (Junker only) or earlier via Wild’s Network unlock, Scrappers may begin visiting the store to sell ruined machines.

  • Ruined machines can be scrapped using a Welder, Screwdriver, and Wirecutter.

  • Some ruined machines contain stuck modules, which require the new Module Extractor tool.

  • Retired Junkers now visit weekly (if the player started as a Junker), offering a stock of essential supplies.

  • Corrupted Modules can now be restored using Electronic Parts, converting them into Blank Modules (rewriting functionality coming in a future update).

Other Additions

  • Added new melee weapons to the item pool.

  • Introduced a new market event: Weapon Shortage.

  • Added a new fallback newspaper article: "All Quiet", which appears when no other events are active.

  • Introduced a new Supplier Customer who visits weekly with a fixed inventory (e.g. water filters, smelting flux) sold at a premium.

Changes

  • Commissary stock of Processed Juice and Processed Milk now fluctuates with food-related events.

  • Security actions (fines, arrests) triggered at 100 evidence level can now be canceled using Wild’s Service if the officer is already in the queue.

  • Generic Scavengers now have an increased chance to sell melee weapons.

  • Expanded Counter Space allows customers with larger inventories to display all their items.

  • Water measurements now display in milliliters (ml) without decimal places for a cleaner UI.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where certain customers could be interrupted, preventing them from displaying their goods.

  • Fixed an issue where the retail markup feature was not removed correctly when a customer left under specific conditions.

  • Fixed a bug where contraband was not properly detected when calling security on a client.

  • Increased the credit reward for snitching on a contraband seller.

  • Resolved a visual bug where true water purity was incorrectly shown alongside the intended value.

  • Fixed a broken rent/mortgage day counter that stopped after the first payment.

  • Updated the "Skip Intro" start to include missing items like the Republic logo checker and Mentor’s Notes.

  • Fixed a bug where water container labels would reset after pouring into another container.

  • Fixed logic in Georgio’s cigarette encounter where he would deny the box issue incorrectly.

  • Addressed a timing issue with phone customers (e.g., Odin) arriving too early or late. They now arrive after the correct delay.
