  • Security Requisition Officer While you have at least 0 Reputation with Security, a requisition officer may visit to buy supplies. Selling to them will increase your reputation at a slightly faster rate.,

  • Food Bank Worker A food bank worker may visit to buy food at a 50% discount. Selling to them will increase your reputation at a faster rate.

  • New Visual Inspection Item,

  • Extended Storage Bay has been added,

  • Player will now have guaranteed encounters to purchase the Extended Storage Bay,

  • New Contraband Buyer Service can be unlocked via Joe Wild — an expansive service with a cooldown that guarantees a high-budget contraband buyer visit

  • Underground Exchange Promotional Deal,

  • Supplier unlocked from Wild has been expanded:,

  • The supplier will now track the amount spent.,

  • After spending around 350–500 credits (depending on the supplier), the player will unlock an additional dialog option for a larger order.

Changes,

  • Ruined Machine introduction day for Junker changed from Day 21 → Day 11.,

  • Recharger price reduced from 200 → 150.,

  • PowerBloc daily recharge rate increased from 1 → 2 (and from 2 → 3 after Wild’s upgrade).,

  • Dr. Jackson’s base budget increased from 50 → 100 Credits. He now gains +3 budget for each day passed.,

  • Dr. Jackson now visits once a week on a fixed day, except during scripted visits.,

  • Odin Haraldsson’s cooldown increased from 3 → 5.,

  • Smuggler’s Bay (and modified variant) can no longer store Storage Bays.,

  • Wild’s Fixer now removes 15% of available evidence + 50 additional evidence per night when used.,

  • Investigation rate now progresses faster when there is a large amount of available evidence.,

  • Selling to Odin now contributes 33% (instead of 0%) of the item's value to available evidence.,

  • Insurance service cost is now based on a percentage of the total estimated worth, plus a base value.,

  • New items can now be obtained through the Dream Dust Exchange deal.,

  • Some Exchange deals have been updated.,

  • Odin will refuse to visit if called during a crackdown.,

  • Odin will buy contraband items at half the contraband bonus value.,

  • Moisture Farm base output increased from 250ml → 350ml.,

  • Ashish will now accept to buy Chemical Supplies when dropping off your order,

Security Alarm Rework,

  • Security Alarm effect from modules: performance bonus on theft prevention has been doubled.,

  • A new specialized module for the alarm system has been implemented.,

Cryptographic Desequencer,

  • Now has a standard module inventory.,

  • Different chips require different work amounts, with Command chips requiring the most.,

Phone Rework,

  • Now displays whether a phone client is on cooldown.,

  • Quick dial feature added for previously dialed numbers.

Stolen Item Mechanic,

  • Items can now have the [Stolen] tag.,

  • [Stolen] items have a Heat % that diminishes each day. When Heat reaches 0%, the item loses its [Stolen] tag.,

  • [Stolen] [Contraband] items take longer for their Heat % to diminish.,

  • Selling [Stolen] items is a crime.,

  • Buying [Stolen] items usually comes at a discount.,

  • [Stolen] items are treated like [Contraband] by security and will be seized if seen or found in the shop.,

  • Heat % determines how likely a stolen item is to be detected during inspection.

  • Items below 25 base value will no longer carry the stolen tag but will also no longer receive the five-finger discount.,

  • Items below 50, 85, and 140 base value will start with 25%, 50%, and 75% heat respectively.,

  • Stolen items placed inside the display case are not 100% guaranteed to summon an inspector; it now depends on the item's heat percentage.,

  • Showing a stolen item to security is no longer 100% guaranteed to result in an inspection; it now depends on the item’s heat.,

  • Placing a stolen item on the counter just before a security officer arrives is also not 100% guaranteed to trigger an inspection; it is based on the item’s heat.,

  • The five-finger discount has multiple tiers depending on the item’s heat.

Engineering Supply Crate,

  • There is now a very high chance of finding a screwdriver and wire cutter.,

  • Chance of finding a capped neural core increased from 1% → 4%.,

  • Screwdrivers and wire cutters will sometimes appear in the Bartering Addict’s wares.,

Quality of Life,

  • It is now possible to skip phone dialog just like normal dialog by pressing the spacebar.

Bug Fixes,

  • Fixed a bug where unlocked supply crates bug out after saving and reloading,

  • Fixed a bug where the save menu shows a game start as "Unknown Start Type" after saving and reloading,

  • Fixed a bug where loaded items don't have their feature labels,

  • Fixed a bug where the Mentor’s note displays with default text after loading,

  • Fixed a bug where the Power Hijack upgrade doesn't work,

  • Fixed a bug where loaded supply crates can be opened without unlocking them first,

  • Loaded items now correctly display their sprites

  • Fixed a bug where Lower Level gunsmiths would visit one after another.,

  • Fixed a bug where supply crates and machines could no longer fit into the smuggler’s bay.,

  • Containers will no longer include the total item value of locked containers.,

  • Odin will no longer answer the phone while present at the store.,

  • Barter customers can no longer be interrupted by placing an item before they start their main dialogue.,

  • Fixed a bug where the intel slip from the Lower Level Reputation perk was given without displaying the event name.,
