- Fixes
After some all-nighters the first public version of debris is now available! 🎉
There are still many things that need to be improved and many more ideas for more content – but for now I am looking forward to your feedback. Limitations of the Demo version are:
Progress cannot be saved
Total playtime is around 30 minutes to an hour
limited number of modules
limited story
Thanks to all the people that already tried it, your feedback was very valuable and I am looking forward to getting your feedback in the future as well!
Changes compared to last time include:
dust around areas of debris are now colored based on their resources (setup for future update)
thruster startup and shutdown animation
Improved onboarding and general explanation of the game
various UI fixes, for example disabled buttons, animations and sounds
various bugs with
station editor
drone editor
story
BigScreenâ„¢
Manual
have been found and fixed
Planned things to come:
Automated bases, that can be deployed at various locations, that require your resource managing skills
Better visuals Especially during the night, the objects should look more in line with the scene
Better Camera movement
Racing-inspired "tuning-section": your drone will always be there and you can tinker on it before taking a flight
