🔧 Pre-Release Update

Today’s development pass focused on technical stability, visual consistency, and progression flow. The game is now significantly more solid leading up to release.

🖥️ Stability & Technical

  • Improved launch/process handling for better Steam Overlay stability

  • Build & packaging cleanup; Windows distribution pipeline verified

  • Fixed [c]useGame.ts[/c] TypeScript error

  • New clean save namespace: cyberpunk_clicker_save_v5

  • Debug panel updated: one-click 100K resource injection for testing

🎮 Gameplay & Progression

  • Added Claim / Equip flow and modal screen for Ascension pets

  • Fixed and buffed Zero-Day Payload crit calculation

  • Post-Ascend crit total now matches UI percentage

  • Item & cosmetic crit bonuses now correctly reflected in top panel

  • Prestige Shop content and progression approach reworked

🎨 UI & Visual Improvements

  • Achievement panel visually redesigned

  • 100 DATA = 1 CREDIT text readability improved

  • Ascend Required/Missing layout issues fixed

  • Added a distinctive icon to the Crypto Coin card

  • QoL and visual polish across Factory / Click / Mining / Jobs tabs and right panel

  • Removed pointer arm effect (conflicted with pets)

🏭 World & Scene Overhaul

  • Main isometric scene machines and crates fully reworked

  • Tile alignment corrected to visual center

  • Prevented multiple crate spawns on the same tile

  • Arrange Room center markers made consistent

🌌 Dynamic Background System

  • Space background enriched with static + animated layers

  • Seeded random composition each Ascension

  • Higher Ascensions spawn rarer objects and denser motion layers

🏆 Steam Integration

  • Achievement ID mappings verified and kept compatible

  • Overlay stability improved
