hello everyone! im here to talk a bit about the current state of the game and some plans for upcoming content!
thank you all for being interested in my little game! ive been having a lot of fun making and updating the game so far and im really excited to see what secrets the future holds! in this post ill talk about some of my plans for the next big update so spoilers ahead (if you even care LOL!) ill also be talking about the general state of the game and its future, because i feel like theres a lot to go over here! ːMungː

UPDATE. TWO. IS ON THE WAY. YAAAYYYYY !!!!!! this is gonna be the biggest update by FAR (not a high bar considering theres only been 1 other update LOL) so im gonna give a brief rundown of whats all gonna be included here...... and maybe some extra stuff for the future too...... theres a LOT to cover sooo...
update 2 - marbled ballroom
update 2 is gonna be crazy, practically doubling the content currently in the game. im being really careful about what i can and cant say so lets start off with the biggest part of the update, a collection of 7 new environments with accompanying creatures! along with this, theres also going to be a bunch of new skills and runes, a new rune type and a brand new class. i will keep my lips sealed about what they do, but just know that they are a very powerful support class.
multiplayer adjustments, saving and loading and more
one of the major changes coming with the next update is the inclusion of saving and loading runs, i felt like it would be a necessary change considering how much longer runs are going to be after the next update. saves will work in both singleplayer and multiplayer lobbies, so no need to worry about losing an hour long run because someone has to leave! multiplayer is also getting some general stability updates to go along with this.
demo revamp and itch.io version
along with the release of update 2 i plan to push a complete revamp of the demo because of how outdated it is. this new demo will also be released on itch.io as well, you can play either version and have pretty much the same experience, its all preference! a full release of the game on itch might also happen in the future, but we will see. (if it does there will be crossplay between the steam and itch versions, same goes for the demo, dont you worry)
update.... 3???
this section is gonna be short because i havent gotten very far into this yet, almost all of my focus has been on update 2. i do wanna say that update 3 will probably be about as big as divinity mimicry, containing some simple rebalances and a few large scale meta changes but i do have some interesting plans!
