Hotfix 4 is in and the game should now be accessible again!

If you are getting stuck in loading screen from main menu, check that Steam has downloaded the new client. How to check:

1. Go to Crystalfall in your Steam Library

2. Right click Crystalfall

3. Go to Installed Files

4. Verify file integrity

5. Wait until verification is done and the client download will begin

Maintenance is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Thursday 14/5 at 9am UTC and is expected to take about an hour, during which time you won’t be able to access the game.

Hotfix 4 Changelog

• Grace period buff visibility fixed

• Fervor/Vigor can no longer be used when out of Aether

• Fixed an issue so that you only drop shards on death in endgame

• Changed quest reward on tools of the trade quest

• Backend stability improvements

• Bug fixing

Russian server notice: we have identified firewall rules that were blocking random ports on the Russian servers. These should now have been removed, and we have gotten reports that Russian players have been able to access servers without using a VPN. If you are a Russian player, please try to access the game again without VPN after the hotfix. If you are still unable to connect after the hotfix, please let us know.
