Steam post image Our game designers have been having a blast diving into your builds. It’s really fun for our team to see how you explore our progression systems, creating synergies to theorycraft the perfect build.
We know that in Early Access some builds will be more powerful than others and that is not unusual with the changing meta between full release seasons as well.
What became apparent in this competition was that the most overpowered builds were also the most creative, which means that 3 winners emerged for most creative and overpowered build.

สาวสองมีงู - Lightning Quake
Mega OP build! Fast Rogue with high attack speed but with a very “glass cannon” setup. The AoE with Pathfinder on Lightning Quake is just OP combined with being able to quake across walls.
Very smart setup stacking multiple increased AoE on cooldown from Dash and Aether Walk for even more AoE radius.
Deathblow is a good weapon choice with the very high base damage and range together with stacking the Rampage buff on kill.

Uncle Bubbers - Mega Range Whirlwind Knight
Great combo setup with "No Holds Barred" and "Hook or Crook" to stack range.
Could definitely benefit from the Pathfinder unique, something to strive towards trading or finding! This would probably add around 30% increased range.
Drifter's tracks are an excellent choice of boots for any Whirlwind build at high level granting a lot of movement speed while you are spinning around. As we all know movement speed also equals survivability in these types of games.
The staff used still has room for improvements with the elemental damage rolls but is very strong. Good choice for the large base attack range they provide.
Death's mark is a good use of a low level unique with the 10% more damage which is hard to find elsewhere. This works well since he deals enough damage at a comfortable enough range to not worry about needing a second resist/life ring. This struggle always exist where you want damage but might need life.

SlashingCreeps - Fire Mage
Good showcase of the build, items, talents and nodes. Good use with combining War Cry for that more damage stacking during the skill effect.
Running both Warp and Aether Walk as traversal skills is interesting. Could probably stack some additional “During Cooldown” stats here or swap one for Dash maybe which could help getting some extra damage or movement speed while also keeping the character mobile.
Can definitely scale more once getting into the Endgame and finding some higher level gear and unique pieces but overall this is a solid leveling/starter/campaign build.

On an ending note, we’d also like to share that a hotfix is planned for next week. We’ll share more details soon. Russian notice Yesterday, our server provider restored access to servers in Russia, and some players were able to play without any issues. However, 24 hours later, it unfortunately appears that availability may still vary depending on regional network conditions. This means the problem has not yet been resolved for Russian players. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this is causing our Russian players. We will continue working with our server provider to find a permanent solution.
