Studio Decisions — decision inbox
Studio Decisions is now your cross-tab decision inbox. Choices that used to hide on other tabs show up here so you can resolve them without hunting around the empire.
What appears here
Console War events (e.g. Viral Moment on Hardware)
Property maintenance pay/defer calls (Real Estate)
Car recall fix vs patch (Car Manufacturer)
Project salvage offers (after dismissing the modal)
Internal politics events
Leadership retirement / external-offer decisions
How it works
Resolve inline on Studio Decisions with the same buttons as before
Optional “View on {tab} →” link for context on the original screen
Origin screens still show the same decisions — nothing was removed
Tab badges on Studio Decisions, Hardware, and Car Manufacturer when relevant
Dashboard Hotlist count and a “N decisions waiting” strip when anything is pending
Blocking modals for salvage, internal events, and leadership still appear on first trigger; Studio Decisions is the persistent backup if you close or miss them.
Passion Projects / Side Businesses
Pin your side businesses to the sidebar
You can now pin the ventures you’re actively running to a My Ventures section in the left sidebar for one-click access.
What you can pin
All owned passion projects from Mogul Profile (Racing Team, Football Club, Golf Club, Real Estate, Wine Cellar, etc.)
Airline Manager — once you’ve founded your airline, it appears as its own card on Mogul Profile with the same pin control
How it works
Go to Empire → Mogul Profile and click the pin icon on any owned venture card
Pinned ventures show in My Ventures on the left, using your custom names (club name, airline name, portfolio title, etc.)
Click a pinned venture to jump straight to its management screen
Right-click a pinned venture in the sidebar, or click the pin again on the card, to unpin
Pin up to 5 ventures at a time
Pins are saved with your game, each playthrough keeps its own favourites
Selling a passion project removes it from the sidebar automatically
Contracts, Cargo & Workforce
Airline Manager is now an operations business, not just a route network.
Commercial contracts
New Contracts tab with Charters, Cargo, and Vendors
Weekly offer board: sign charter passenger deals and cargo contracts (freighter-only or belly cargo on spare pax capacity)
Weekly A–F grading with bonuses, penalties, and contract failure if requirements are missed twice
Assign aircraft from the offer wizard or the active contracts table
Vendor deals
Four supplier slots: ground handling, catering, engineering/MRO, HR outsourcing
Budget / Standard / Premium tiers with different fees and modifiers (on-time, CSAT, meal/crew/maintenance costs)
Compare and sign via Contracts → Vendors
Workforce
New Workforce tab for flight crew, cabin crew, ground ops, and engineering
Hire or reduce headcount; set recruitment channel and quality target
Staffing score affects on-time performance and contract grades
Elsewhere
Overview P&L: charter income, cargo income, vendor fees, payroll, training/safety spend, penalties
- Fleetmission labels (Route / Charter / Cargo / Available)
Map: amber contract lines (dashed = offers, solid = active)
New freighters in the catalog (S737F, A330F, S777F)
