fixedBug FixesSoft-lock Fixes: Fixed an issue where the game would freeze when skipping speech bubbles immediately after retrieving an item with a magnet. Fixed a progression-blocking bug in the restaurant where clicking the correct answer on the menu before dialogue appeared would cause the event to hang upon closing the dialogue window. Fixed an issue where the story would not progress if the player cleared the refutation system while wearing the maid outfit. Fixed a freeze issue caused by a function error when attempting to skip an event via ESC while simultaneously clicking the mouse.
fixedBug FixesQTE & Direction: Fixed a bug in the Bank QTE where selecting "Drop the vase" prevented further progression. Fixed a bug in the Bank QTE where selecting "Hide in the restaurant" resulted in the restaurant door remaining locked. Fixed an issue where speech bubbles would appear if Enter was pressed while the safe keypad was active during the Bank QTE. Fixed an issue where the event would remain in fast-forward mode if a QTE choice was clicked after releasing the ESC key used for speed-up. Fixed a bug in the theater where the event would repeat if the typewriter was interacted with multiple times.

Modified map movement arrows to be directly clickable with the mouse. Removed the 1-second delay between dialogue completion and the next Enter input. Fixed an issue where using directional keys to hide occasionally caused the player to exit the hiding spot immediately. Fixed an issue where clicking at the start of an event during mouse-only play would cause unintended character movement. Resolved an issue during keypad input where moving the mouse after a keyboard entry prevented button clicks. Improved the mouse-over detection when selecting weapons. Fixed an issue where the selected suspect information was reset when opening and closing the Detective Note.

Fixed a bug in the save system where the selection button for a slot became unresponsive after selecting "No" in the overwrite confirmation. Fixed abnormal rotation axis behavior when inspecting objects with the magnifying glass.

Fixed a bug in the newspaper dog search quest where the navigation pointed to the park instead of the client’s house immediately after scrapping. Fixed an issue where the navigator continued to point toward the client even after completing the newspaper proposal quest. Fixed a bug where investigations did not count if a click overlapped with the end of the innkeeper tutorial. Improved the desk-moving puzzle logic to prevent abnormal "Clear" triggers when the final desk entered and exited the area quickly. Fixed an interaction error in the Painter's House where a light switch behind a wall could be toggled. Fixed issues where Hazel’s bed or the Noble’s bag were investigated at abnormal angles (in mid-air or from the back).

    • Fixed a bug where the background music (BGM) would not restart after exiting the phonograph.

    • Slightly reduced the volume of the sub-quest completion sound effect.
