Hello, this is Alpheratz Games.

First, I would like to apologize for the delay in game updates due to my poor health recently.

While the current version has been patched, we have identified an issue where save data was lost for some users who played between April 18th and April 26th after updating.

I sincerely apologize to everyone whose precious hours of gameplay were affected by this error.

If you have experienced this issue, please follow the steps below to recover your data.

Option 1: If you haven't closed the game yet (Steam Cloud)

If you noticed your save file is missing but have not yet closed the game, you can download your previous data from Steam Cloud.

  1. Go to the Steam Cloud Link (https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=1777200) and log in.

  2. Download the [c]PlayerInfo.sav[/c] file corresponding to your OS:

  3. In your Steam Library, right-click Connected Clue → Manage → Browse local files.

  4. Paste the downloaded file into the following directory:

    • Windows: [c]Connected Clue_Data/SaveFolder/[/c]

Option 2: If the game was closed and Steam Cloud has synced

If you have already closed the game and the cloud data has been overwritten, please contact us via email.

  1. Navigate to your local files (see step 3 above) and find the screenshot files inside the save folder.

  2. Compress these files into a zip archive and send them to shw1208@naver.com with a brief mention of your progress.

  3. I will provide a save file that allows you to resume from the relevant chapter.

If Option 1 does not work, please use Option 2, and I will do my best to assist you as quickly as possible.
