Bug Fixes
Store items will now display as "Sold Out" and cannot be repurchased if they are already in your inventory.
Updated the text "Empty Safe" to "Items inside the Empty Safe."

Restricted the ability to exit to the title screen via the menu while purchasing a newspaper.
Fixed an issue where the character would remain in the hiding animation if an event was triggered while hiding.
Fixed a bug where the player would move immediately after an event ended if the mouse was being held down for the "Skip" function.
Fixed an issue where save slots would not disappear if the mouse was held down for "Skip" during chapter transitions.
Fixed a bug where pressing ESC after interacting with a quick-slot object via mouse caused a re-interaction instead of allowing movement.
Fixed a localization bug where Japanese characters (small vowels) persisted on the typewriter screen even after switching to a different language.
Fixed an issue where settings were not saved or applied after restarting the game.
Fixed an issue where "New Game" or "Load" could be unintentionally triggered when clicking other menu items quickly on the title screen.
Removed the lingering white light effect that appeared at the mouse click location in the ESC menu.
Updated NPC animations to pause correctly when the game is paused via the ESC menu.
Replaced the black screen flickering when switching between Fullscreen and Windowed mode with a smooth fade-in/out effect.
Fixed a visual bug where characters appeared to clip through doors when standing close to them.
