New Features
Senior-junior mentoring - any senior developer or higher who masters a language at level 5+ can take on up to 3 junior apprentices. Apprentices code 30% faster in the mentor's languages; the mentor pays a 15% throughput hit per active apprentice, so you have to weigh team velocity against your mentor's own output.
Drag-reorder active projects in the Dev panel to set their priority. The top card is the most important; newly accepted projects join at the bottom.
Worker locks - pin individual workers to a project with a Lock/Unlock toggle so they survive auto-redistribution.
New "Auto-Assign All" button on the Dev tab redistributes every non-locked worker across all active projects in one click, top-down by your priority order.
Market projects now have a Decline button (up to 2 per day) so you can refresh stale offers without waiting for the next day. Offers paying 5,000 DM or more require a second click to confirm.
Improvements
Splash now pre-warms 17 scenes and panels, so the first time you open Market, Office, Finance and the rest there is no 100-400 ms hitch while textures and fonts rasterize. Cold launch costs ~200-400 ms more, but everything afterwards feels smooth.
Full localization sweep: month abbreviations and single-letter axis labels, the migration request mail, office location types, the dot-com boom event description, Steam rich presence, victory-panel stats and training prices all now follow your selected language in all 28 locales (no more German leaking through).
Office: upgrade block reasons (max level reached, not enough money, reputation too low) now translate properly instead of showing German strings everywhere.
Bug Fixes
Kanban: pressing "Start All" now preserves the order you set by dragging cards in the backlog. Bugs dragged between features stay between them in In Progress.
Kanban: cards newly completed by drag no longer end up queued behind cards you just renumbered by hand.
Mentoring: the Mentor button cycle keeps the current mentor in the rotation when they are at the 3-apprentice cap, so the cycle steps past them cleanly instead of jumping back to the first option.
- UI labels like "Decline (N)", "MentorName", "Apprentice of X" and "Mentoring N/MAX" were showing the literal placeholder text in-game - fixed in every locale.
Firing a locked or mentoring employee now cleans up both ends of the link, so no stale lock or apprentice reference is left behind.
