New Features

  • UI sound effects - every button, checkbox and dropdown now plays a click cue, with subtle hover feedback layered on top

  • Quit confirmation dialog on the main menu - no more accidental exits from a stray double-click

  • Steam Deck native support (1280×800) verified end-to-end

Improvements

  • Master volume default lowered to 70% - first-launch audio no longer hits like a brick wall

  • Custom difficulty: 5 sliders rebalanced into a 2-column grid so Skip Tutorial and Coding Events checkboxes stay inside the box

  • Brighter contrast on empty-state hints and unassigned team rows for better legibility on glossy screens

  • Consumer vs. Business audience choice in the product wizard now shows the active selection

  • Wishlist and Discord buttons on the title screen moved up so they don't collide with the Windows taskbar

  • Quit confirmation localized into all 29 supported languages

Bug Fixes

  • First tutorial project now properly credits reputation, satisfaction and unlocks contract offers - the very first delivery used to silently produce zero feedback

  • Tutorial starter respects your chosen difficulty: Hard pays less, Casual pays more

  • Display mode: switching to Windowed at a different resolution now actually applies it

  • Display mode: corrupted settings with typo mode strings no longer silently fall through

  • Save games: master-volume customization survives reload instead of resetting

  • Confirm dialogs no longer leak between scenes when you ESC mid-decision

  • Hover SFX now resets correctly on scene transitions
