They were surprisingly easy to implement. Highly recommend Facepunch.Steamworks!

New features
-Added steam achievements
-Story mode now has a reroll button which rerolls the reward, but makes it so that hunters immediately start chasing you instead of being delayed by 2 turns
-Added a keybind for "turn around if leaning backward". Defaults to none, but can be assigned.
-Pressing "Escape" when prompted for a keybind will set that keybind to "none"
-Added floaty text for damage increased or decreased by stacking modifiers, such as perfectionist or duelist
Gameplay changes
-Kyokushin attack interval no longer applies on stomps
-Morphine now heals in chunks instead of continuously per frame
-Default keybinds for "face movement direction" and "turn to opposite direction" have been swapped
-Reformatted perfectionist stacks to display as a multiplier
Other fixes
-Fixed low frame rate issues with animation
-Jump kick
-Knee
-Chain punch
-Fixed parries resetting perfectionist stacks
-Fixed display names sometimes not working
-Fixed nonclairvoyant unlock requirement
-Hardcore mode button description now accurately displays its unlock requirement
-Fixed stats page not showing full lifetime stats
-Durability indicator no longer messes up size at low frame rates
-Fixed reset keybinds to work immediately instead of only after you restart the game
-Removed "game start" hotkey from the main menu as every game mode now has a "play again" button on gameover screen
-Mouse (Head position) controls no longer ignore attack inputs if you're at the very edge of your leaning range
-Switching controls between mouse position/mouse delta/keyboard now works immediately instead of only applying starting next game.
-Player can no longer break the UI by switching controls from controller to non-controller while mid-game
-Fixed tassels for the conical hat with tassels not showing up sometimes
