fixedHere are the issues fixed in this update:
fixedCrash Fixes: Addressed multiple crash instances to improve overall game stability. Partial Fix (Item Logic Crash): We have reduced the frequency of a specific crash related to an item logic. We are still working on a complete fix for it, but opted not to delay the rest of the hotfix!
removedDelivery Quests: These have been temporarily disabled. They are currently being reworked and will be reintroduced in a future update.
fixedPlayer Progression: Fixed an issue where the Player Progression (a hidden value that changes with the player’s actions) was not updating correctly after loading a save file.
changedBlueprint Rewards: Addressed an issue where NPCs would provide no reward (empty blueprint) which was also tied to the Player Progression error. If you have already unlocked all available blueprints, NPCs will no longer attempt to reward you with a new one. NPCs will now give you the blueprint immediately. The "ask for a walk" mechanic has been temporarily removed and will return with an overhaul in the future.

    • Partial Fix (Item Logic Crash)We have reduced the frequency of a specific crash related to an item logic. We are still working on a complete fix for it, but opted not to delay the rest of the hotfix!
  • Delivery QuestsThese have been temporarily disabled. They are currently being reworked and will be reintroduced in a future update.
  • Player ProgressionFixed an issue where the Player Progression (a hidden value that changes with the player’s actions) was not updating correctly after loading a save file.
  • Blueprint Rewards: Addressed an issue where NPCs would provide no reward (empty blueprint) which was also tied to the Player Progression error.

    • If you have already unlocked all available blueprints, NPCs will no longer attempt to reward you with a new one.

    • NPCs will now give you the blueprint immediately. The "ask for a walk" mechanic has been temporarily removed and will return with an overhaul in the future.

  • Health Regeneration: Fixed a bug where health would fail to regenerate if the game was loaded while the character had a certain value of food poisoning.

    • Note: If your save had this issue, you need to get the Food Poisoning status. After healing it (you can rest/sleep to pass time), the issue won't be present.

  • Item UnequippingFixed an issue where items would automatically unequip after performing specific actions, such as picking up a corpse or entering construction mode.
  • Atker Spawningadjusted spawn rates and logic. Atkers were spawning too frequently and in locations where they shouldn't appear.
  • Trapped Animals DamageFixed an issue where animals trapped in bear traps were taking negligible damage from the player. They will now receive the intended amount of damage.
  • Character VoiceFixed a bug where the Male Player Character would play Female voice lines.
  • Legacy SavesDisabled the ability to load older, incompatible save files to prevent game instability.
  • Tools/Weapons DurabilityReduced the durability damage that tools and weapons take during combat.

Thanks a lot for all the reports!

See you in the City!
