Updated Demo
The 0.8 New Threat Update is also available in the City 20 DEMO! We’ve extended the playtime limit, allowing you to survive until Wednesday night (3 in-game days).
What Lies Ahead?
The New Threat update is just the beginning. Our team is already laying the groundwork for the next major changes to the city!
The Underground: We are preparing to open up Bunkers sealed beneath the city. These will be dense with lore and history, but also essential for survival. Many valuable items will be relocated to these depths, changing the way you explore the world.
Better Tech, Better Gear: We know finding specific people in the city can be hard. We are working on new gadgets to help you localize NPCs and navigate. Additionally, we are overhauling the way you interact with the environment. We have started designing a Tool Tier System, meaning simple makeshift tools won't cut it forever. Soon, you will need higher-quality gear to dismantle, repair, or break through the toughest obstacles.
As always, your feedback is the fuel that keeps this city running. Jump in, create your character, face the Atkers, and let us know what you think on the forums and Discord! Thank you for all the support!
Good luck out there, Citizens!
